I'm Guillaume, your host! At the age of 20, I settled in La Rochelle because I wanted to see the ocean, and I've stayed ever since. I work there and started my family there. I also discovered 2 passions: surfing and rugby, which I do not practice but which I support like many people from La Rochelle! My partner and I thought of this house as a quiet place to live, with light and soft colors and materials, where family, friends, colleagues can recharge their batteries. Welcome!

A bakery on the corner, 5-minute walk to small shops and Yelo bikes, electric car charging stations in front of the town hall of Périgny, 5 km from the ocean and the center of La Rochelle by bike. Large living room bathed in light thanks to its numerous openings allowing to take advantage of the sun rays, including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a mezzanine accommodating a bed 160. A large bedroom with cupboards and shower room. A few minutes walk from downtown and on the direct axis to the island of Re. Settle down, you are at home!

Apartment ideally located in the city center of La Rochelle, two minutes walk from the central market. It is located in the heart of the historic center, shopping streets, restaurants and the Old Port. Comfortable and bright apartment on the first floor. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms each with a double bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. I am currently looking for a parking space, I have not yet found one for this year.

This charming 40 m2 apartment is quiet and bright. In the old market district, you will fully enjoy the city center and the old port. It is located on the 2nd and top floor of an old building located in a courtyard. To allow you to make the most of the city and the region, the rental is scheduled for two nights or more off-season, then for 7 nights or more in July and August. See you soon!

Independent stone cottage in Villedoux

Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September). Meals can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. The cottage is located at the back of our garden but completely independent of our house. The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Charentes-Tourisme organization.

You will have a pleasant stay in this 20 m² studio, totally independent, very bright on the ground floor, with terrace. It is rated 2 stars. There is free parking across the street for your car and the possibility to store your bikes under cover on our property. All linens are provided (toilet, bed and kitchen)
