Very clean and convenient apartment for a short stay. It is very well located, which allowed us to do a lot on foot. The little extra for us is that our four-legged friends are accepted. We will be back😊.

We had a great time at the apartment which perfectly matched the photos and information we had before our arrival. David and his teams were very helpful in preparing for our arrival by providing an internet page dedicated to our accommodation with all the useful information, also about the key places nearby (for ski equipment, outings, walks, available services, etc.) We will definitely be back!

Staying at Andrea’s place was excellent. The apartment had what I exactly need since I just moved to Geneva. The pictures do not give the apartment fare justice. It is renovated and feels like home. Andrea was super great and the communication with him was smooth and responded promptly (he even left me a welcome and thoughtful gift!). I had no issues at all. The location was super great and I loved the neighborhood to the the extent that I looked for an apartment around the area. I definitely recommend booking with Andrea.

The accommodation is very nice., spacious. A sublime view. For 5 people, that's fine. A fence suitable for our dog. Private parking, all the shops nearby, beautiful villages to visit, access to the fast lake. The Old Town of Annecy is a 10-minute drive. An excellent restaurant within walking distance to the port bistro. Julien and Sébastien welcomed us very warmly. That's it, a memorable stay. To be recommended without hesitation. Emmanuel.

Very nice location, with stunning lake views. We really enjoyed the view, as well as the layout of the cottage, while we spent the Christmas holidays there, mostly indoors.

The room was even more beautiful than in the photos, and our host, Marie, was incredibly kind. I had a truly comfortable stay, making unforgettable memories. Even without a car, getting around was easy with the bicycles she provided and the available bus service. If you’re looking for breathtaking scenery, a peaceful, comfortable, and clean place to stay, I highly recommend this place. Every day felt like a dream. As all the others reviewers say, this is an exceptionally good BnB! Well located, spotlessly clean, and very well equippped. Carine and Paul are very warm and welcoming hosts, and I never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a response to any question I had. We strongly recommend this place, especially if you have a car. We will surely visit again :)

Lovely garden with the pool and zipline. Very peaceful. Plenty of parasols to hide from the August heatwave we had! Plenty of space inside. Parking.

Sylvie’s apartment is perfect for exploring Annecy and the local area. All areas are walkable and the flat is a comfortable and cosy space to come back to after a day of exploring. Sylvie is very accommodating and responsive and no stone is left unturned to make sure the flat is homely. We had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone else in the future!
