For the house, it offers a living room with sofa bed open to a fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, induction cooktop, range hood, dishwasher), a shower room, and a separate bedroom.

The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. The sea side walking path going round Ile Grande, and the Toul Gwen beach are next to the house.
