Holiday rentals with lake access in Perros-Guirec

We had a fabulous stay as a family of four (with two young kids, ages six and one). The place was peaceful, relaxing, and incredibly comfortable. The big windows let in lots of natural light and gave us beautiful views. The garden overlooking a small lake was a dream, perfect for unwinding while the kids played. The beach was just a short walk away, and we loved how many great restaurants were nearby. There were also plenty of excursions within a short drive, so every day brought a new adventure. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. When we asked for a high chair at 9 PM, we were amazed to find one waiting at our door by 8 AM the next morning! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, scenic, and family-friendly getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at Fanny’s place. The house was much nicer than the pictures showed. The place is just on the edge of the town and was a beautiful walk into town. Checking in was nice and easy and no problem finding parking. There is a beautiful park just across the street. It was great location to visit other towns and attractions nearby. Fanny was a wonderful host. I would highly recommend!!

Large apartment in the heart of the city. The forest is a 5-minute walk away, several restaurants 2 minutes away, I recommend Hungerless History. double glazing attenuates the noise of the bar well, and nice view from the other side of the apartment. I'll definitely be back.

Very quiet accommodation ideally located next to the port of Perros-Guirec facing the sea on the ground floor with a very pleasant space to have your meals outside and stroll on the terrace. We recommend the Wednesday morning harbor market. Downtown is a 15-20 minute walk away and Trestraou Beach is 30 minutes away. Close-by bakery and restaurants. Private parking with free parking also available on the esplanade in front of the accommodation. Very responsive and always available host. The accommodation is very nice, very clean and very well-equipped. We had a very pleasant week in Perros-Guirec and the pink granite coast. We can only recommend this place!

Our stay with Maria was perfect! We were immediately super comfortable and very welcome. The apartment is superbly furnished, even the knives were sharp :) Everything we needed was there and also what we didn't need. Great! Everything super clean and very comfortable. Maria and Bertrand have given us many tips for the area, of which we used many. Just great what you can reach and do everything within 10-45 minutes. Beaches, nature, cities (Dinan!), restaurants, shopping, and even an oyster dealer nearby - a dream come true. Merci Maria & Bertrand!

Lovely place it in the country within driving distance of nice sites in Brittany. Julia is a very kind and gracious host who provided good recommendations for the area. Bed was very comfortable. All in all a pleasant 4 day stay.

Excellent hosting! The house is great, warm and functional. A great place to unwind. The forest is right next to the house. Céline is very friendly. She gave me plenty of good tips for walking around and discovering the area. I recommend it without hesitating!
