Located near the historic center, in a quiet area you will have plenty of time to stroll through the pedestrian streets, to discover the small shops, as well as the market on thursdays, to taste a "Paris-Lannion" in the best pastry in the city, to sip in the evening, an "aperitif" on the famous "place du centre" known for its half-timbered houses.

Outside, enjoy the unoverlooked terrace, enclosed with garden furniture and deckchairs. Sheets are provided, on request it is possible to provide towels for an extra €8 per person.

We are seasonally renting our newly renovated little Perrosienne house. It has a small enclosed garden, quiet and sunny. Ideally located to do anything on foot during your stay: 100 m from the town center of Perros-Guirec (Bakery, Superette, Caterer, Bars and Restaurant, Press, Tourist Office, shops...) - 700 m from Trestraou Beach (Sailing School, Surfing, 7-island pier, Customs Trail to Ploumanac'h, Casino, Cinema...).

Charming Breton house completely renovated in 2021, located in the village of Pouldouran, a small port nestled at the bottom of the Bizien estuary. The house is ideally located to enjoy the calm, the suspended terrace above the river is a plus. Many hiking trails are 2 steps from the house and you can enjoy the coast near Paimpol, Brehat Island, the Talbert furrow, Tréguier and the pink granite coast.
