The ground floor area comprises a large open plan lounge, fully fitted Italian kitchen with breakfast bar & dining area, and a WC. A feature spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where there is located a small office/desk area to the landing. There are 2 double bedrooms on this 1st floor, serviced by a family bathroom and benefiting from large wardrobe fittings.

Buena Vista comprises 11 renovated self-catering studios with a private balcony each, as well as a spacious common backyard with a seating area surrounded by flowering gardens. Studio #5 is on the 1st floor. Buena Vista studios are ideally located on the hill over Lourdata with picturesque views of the Ionian sea, the surrounding countryside and Mt Ainos.
