This fully renovated single-family home is ideally located in Merignac Arlac, 500 m from Bordeaux and the Pellegrin Hospital in a quiet, peaceful area, very well served by the tram. You are 15 minutes by tram from the center of Bordeaux, about 20 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes by bus or car from Pessac Centre train station, 20 minutes by car from St Jean train station, 45 minutes from Bassin d'Arcachon by car. Free parking space, bed linen and 1 large towel provided.

Located in the village center, the Ermitage cottage welcomes you to a lush, green setting where peace and quiet reign. The accommodation is situated in a former wine cellar attached to our home. It has a separate entrance. There is a bakery, a bar and tobacco shop, a pharmacy, a florist, a restaurant, a deli, a pizzeria, and a supermarket. Relaxation: the banks of the Garonne for a sunset / hiking trails for beautiful walks on the hillsides of the Entre-Deux-Mers region.
