Immediate proximity to transport, Chaban Delmas stadium and universities. 15 min walk from the center of Talence and its Halles, ideal for visiting Bordeaux, studying or working remotely.

We lend a bicycle! Equipped kitchen: microwave, fridge, dishes, coffee machine + salt, oil, coffee, tea... Linens, towels, soap and shampoo provided. Bed made on arrival. Parking is easily available on a free street nearby, for a stay with complete peace of mind. Ideal location: shops within a 5-minute walk (bakery, grocery store, pizzeria, tobacconist’s/newsagent’s, pharmacy, etc.).
