The exclusive and modern houseboat "Oma Ella" is located on the outer jetty of the yacht shipyard with an unobstructed view of the Heiligenhafen harbor entrance and the well-known Graswarder nature reserve. It offers about 50 m² of living space for 4 guests, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a separate shower room with toilet and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. The large upper deck invites you to relax and sunbathe. There are no direct neighbors other than the twin houseboat "Opa Wilhelm".

Visit one of Denmark's most popular islands and stay in a luxurious half-timbering house with an impressive fireplace. The house is hidden in one of the old gardens in the center of Ærøskøbing, 2 minutes walk from the ferry. Surrounded by your own quiet garden with two private terrasses. The spacious 40 sqm house is renovated with modern comfort. NOTE: From June 1st to September 1st, Ærøskøbing is closed to cars. You can park two minutes from the house – free of charge and without time limit.

"Sea in sight" is an exclusive dream chalet with sea view (150 m natural beach Salzhaff) for up to 5 people. Ground floor: open kitchen, bathroom with shower, separate toilet and cozy chill lounge with panoramic views, electric fireplace and 50-inch smart TV. 2 bedrooms upstairs, master bedroom with sea view. Kids can chill upstairs. Large covered south terrace, second terrace on the sea side. Hairdryer and washing machine available, sauna with sea view. Laundry service on request for a fee.

Construction trailer Hoppetosse Baltic Sea view

In the middle of fields and Knicks, you will find a quiet spot on the edge of the field with panoramic views over the Baltic Sea, the Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by bike. A newly developed 14 m" large construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and one seating inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are located in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally, as well as a folding bike :)

Bungalow "Rosengarten" with private garden

- There are two apartments in the bungalow - Private garden secured with fence and garden gates - Private garden with terrace and garden furniture - Dogs are allowed - Separate dog shower - Bike shed - Free WIFI Note: In Puttgarden there is a recycling yard and the ferry port. Depending on the time of day and wind direction, noises can be heard in the garden. The siren of the volunteer fire department is located on the neighboring property. This is always tested on Saturday afternoon.

With a lot of love, the "old pharmacy" was transformed into two very spacious and special apartments. In the multi-story apartment there is a floor, like the golden yellow sand, the blue horizon shines and here and there you can find mother-of-pearl shells. The old pharmacy is also omnipresent with the amber-colored glasses. The light is smartly controlled and you will set the most cozy ambience at any time. Hello and welcome to our apartment in Dänschendorf on Fehmarn. Recently fully renovated, this apartment in an old captain's house leaves nothing to be desired. On 100m² you have space for 6 people in 3 bedrooms with double beds. In the evening in front of the fireplace, in the barrel sauna in the garden or on our terrace directly on the lake, you can relax after an eventful day. Fibre-optic internet ensures perfect Wi-Fi. Escape everyday life and enjoy nature and village life! We rent our lovingly converted construction trailer to nice, nature-loving people. The construction trailer is equipped for 2 people: There is a cozy 1.60 m wide bed, a small table with 2 chairs and a kitchen corner. To get to the bathroom and the outdoor sink, you have to walk a few meters through the garden. You can relax on the terrace and in the garden or go on beautiful excursions from here!

The Linnebarg, Hus 1 is a sustainable new building of the highest energy class in Bisdorf, an original village in the heart of Fehmarn. The natural beaches of Altenteil and Bojendorf are about 4 km away. Shopping facilities can be found in neighboring Petersdorf or Burg. The house is new and modernly equipped. Everything you need for a good vacation is there. Two bedrooms with a double and 2 single beds as well as two shower bathrooms are available.
