The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. Our holiday home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architect's house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with a PV system, battery storage and an air heat pump.

The approx. 90 m² apartment is on the ground floor. Free parking is available at the property. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Innsbruck, Seefeld (well-known vacation resort for summer and winter), as well as many shopping facilities are only max. 20 km away. Excursions to popular hiking areas such as the Ötztal or Stubaital can also be reached quickly - also by public transport.
