The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

Bright large studio in a quiet neighbourhood and central location. Within 10min walking distance you'll find groceries stores, train station, restaurants and city center. The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. We are private room landlords and offer apartments in our own house. My name is Angela and I will always be on site during your stay.

Das Apartment hat ein 160cm Doppelbett und ein 140cm Bett auf einer Hochebene (nicht für kleine Kinder geeignet).

From there you can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains and Inn valley, both in summer and winter.

The 150-m² flat is located in Innsbruck-Wilten. It has Two large bedrooms, each with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with tub, a separate toilet, a large entrance area, a loggia, and storage rooms. Due to its size and layout, the flat is suitable for up to five people. I would like to point out that, due to the age of the building, the parquet floors creak.

Since there is no supermarket, it is best to stop at the supermarket "MPreis" in Kematen (Oberinntaler Strasse 11, 6175 Kematen).
