For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. This excellently equipped, modern flat, offering over 100 m² of living space, is located in a two-family house with a large terrace and a very spacious garden. The flat is located in the idyllic village of 'Maria Thalheim'. There, in the immediate vicinity, you will find a bakery (offering everyday groceries), a butcher's, and an Italian restaurant with a beer garden. In summer, the natural bathing lake (within walking distance) is an inviting place to swim and relax.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Lovingly furnished and completely modernized apartment directly below Augsburg's Maximlianstrasse in the historic center of Augsburg. Many restaurants, bars, shopping arcades and theaters within walking distance in a few minutes. The Augsburger Puppenkiste is also only a few hundred meters away. The historic old town, the Fuggerei and Augsburg's pedestrian zone around the town hall can also be explored on foot from there.

To Munich or Ingolstadt by car/train 30 min. Within one Hour Travel time by car to Starnberger See and Ammersee, Regensburg, Augsburg, or Landshut.

The light-flooded apartment is located in the attic of our house (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2020 and with its 100 m² offers plenty of space to stay. On the large loggia you can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement.
