One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Die Lage des Apartments ist ideal um das Pustertal mit Seitentälern zu erkunden, ob es Skifahren/Mountainbiken am Hausberg Kronplatz ist, eine Wanderung in den Dolomiten oder eine Bergtour im Ahrntal.

The holiday apartment "Ansitz Baumannhof 1818" is located in a historic building in Pfalzen and is the perfect place for a relaxing stay with views of the Dolomites. The residence is quietly situated on a sunny plateau. The 95 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a workspace for home office, and a dishwasher.

The apartment is located in a private house with two residential units. You live on the entire first floor, your landlord lives on the second floor. The house is in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to public transport, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Bruneck. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.

From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. The apartment is very silence, there's a lot of sun all over the year and you can reach everything easily on foot. It is perfect for singles, couples and also for small familys. Garage available!

My place is close to a small natural swimming lake, a climbing garden, surrounded by nature and yet only a few minutes' drive from the cities of Bruneck and Brixen..... Relax surrounded by nature. Set off directly from the house for walks, bike rides, Nordic walking tours, hikes..... You'll love my place because of the coziness, the views and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and families (with children).

Newly built, very quietly located ground floor apartment on the outskirts of Kiens. The village is located about 12 km from the Kronplatz ski lifts and about 10 km from the city of Bruneck. It is an ideal starting point for a variety of activities. Our apartment "Mitterhaus" is newly built and furnished with high-quality materials. A favorite place is the sun terrace with the sunbathing lawn. Ideal for families or friends.

The modern flat is only a few steps away from the heart of the old town. Bars, grocery shops, pharmacy, boutiques and tourist attractions, are all in the immediate vicinity. The train and bus station are only a few minutes' walk away. Direct connection to the skiing and hiking paradise Kronplatz. In winter, a private ski depot with boot and glove dryer is available. Ideal for holidays, both with family and friends.

Oberplunerhof is located in Kiens, in the heart of South Tyrol, just 15 minutes from the valley station of the Kronplatz ski area – ideal for active holidaymakers and those seeking relaxation. Away from the village, you enjoy a quiet location with views of the valley and mountains, surrounded by alpine meadows and forests. The "Gitschberg" apartment on the 1st floor accommodates 4 people.
