One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Die schöne gemütliche Studio-Wohnung befindet sich in nur 5 Gehminuten von der Altstadt Sterzing und von der Bahnstation entfernt. In unserem Apartment können bis 2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind übernachten. Die 34 qm große Wohnung besteht aus einem Eingangsbereich, einem Wohnbereich /Essbereich mit einer Schlafcouch, einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einer Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Bidet. Die Wohnung verfügt zusätzlich über eine Terrasse, einen Garten und eine geschlossene Tiefgarage.

The holiday apartment "Adults Only Wasserfall Hegedex" is located in Fundres/Pfunders and boasts an exciting Alpine view directly from the premises. Despite its central location, you will enjoy the view of the side valleys and the local mountain Rosskopf. the apartment is a perfect starting point for hikes, tours, skiing fun, as well as for exploring Sterzing's culture, Christmas market, culinary hot spots and boutiques.

Haus Lärchensteig (2 apartments + loft space)

The house has been developed by us with local materials lovingly remodeled and refurbished. We rent it to groups and families or use it ourselves as a vacation home. It is idyllically located at 1430m in the middle of meadows and agricultural areas and is surrounded by the breathtaking backdrop of the 3000s of the main Alpine ridge. To the village of St. Jakob with inns and shop is only a 10 min walk. The house is also easily accessible in winter on the regularly cleared drive.

The Mühlwalder Tal (Italian: Valle dei Molini) is a 16 km long mountain valley with lush mountain forests, rushing mountain streams and fresh mountain air - a true paradise for those seeking relaxation, nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. In the middle of it all, in an idyllic secluded location on the slope of the mountains, is the Hochgruberhof with its own cheese dairy. The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.

Pichlerhof Vacation Home

The holiday apartment "Ferienhaus Pichlerhof" is located in Fundres/Pfunders and impresses guests with its view of the mountain. The 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office and heating. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
