The cozy "Innerwalten 100" apartment is located in Walten (Valtina), a charming mountain village at 1,300 m, part of St. Leonhard in Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria). Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

The apartment is located in a private house with two residential units. You live on the entire first floor, your landlord lives on the second floor. The house is in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to public transport, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Bruneck. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.
