The apartment is newly equipped and rustic elements such as the wood-burning stove from Uroma or the Tyrolean parlor ensure coziness and special vacation hours. The view of the mountains and fresh mountain air ensure immediate relaxation. The surroundings offer beautiful moments and all kinds of possibilities in both summer and winter. One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Our house is located in the rear valley area, off the main road, in a very quiet location. Large garden and terrace with garden furniture. Satellite TV in the living room, TV with DVD player in the bedroom. Microwave and dishwasher available. Daily bread service is offered. Hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, bus stop (bus free with guest card!!!) close by! Large storage room for bicycles, skis,...... waste separation. We like to speak German, English and Spanish.

The cosy "Ferienwohnung Innerwalten 100" is located in Walten (Valtina), a small and very idyllic mountain village at 1.300 m, which belongs to the village St. Leonhard in Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria). The generous holiday flat offers place for 8 persons. The charming apartment has a large living-sleeping area with 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds for 2 persons each. There is also 1 separate double bed room and a small cooking area with 2 stoves and a fridge.

The modern furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of our small family house and radiates Tyrolean coziness. The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.
