The 40 m² apartment + 10 m² balcony is located in a residential complex that is about 700 m from the Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenbergbahn. The environment is perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking, biking. The pool and sauna can be reached via a basement corridor. On the outdoor area there is a barbecue area, tennis court, mini golf course. Important: In November, the pool & large sauna are closed due to maintenance from about 11/5. The small sauna (up to 4 people) remains open.

Idyllic vacation rental surrounded by nature

My flat is near Seeg and therefore not far from Füssen, Pfronten and Nesselwang and the castles Hohenschwangau, Neuschwanstein, Linderhof, Wieskirche, ... You will love to be my guest because of the tranquility and the beautiful surroundings of the Allgäu. My accommodation is good for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers, families (with children), and also for larger groups (as there are other similar apartments and a communal area in the house).

Our place is close to Füssen in Hopfen am See, just a 2-minute walk from Lake Hopfen. There is a very nice promenade along the lake with many restaurants and great leisure opportunities for children. Beach, mini golf, boat and bicycle rental and children's playground are directly on the lake, as well as a nice hiking trail (6.6 km) around the lake. Neuschwanstein Castle is 8 km away, Füssen is 4 km away and Forggensee with boat trips is 2 km away.

The absolute dream location in the first lake line allows direct lake access (20 meters) in the private garden and unique panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and royal castles. The apartment, furnished with a lot of alpine flair, offers direct access to the spacious private garden and a beautiful south-facing sun terrace. The apartment has a large bedroom with pine wood furniture for a healthy sleep. The second bedroom has a single bed.

Sleeping in the new tiny house

You won't soon forget your time in the tiny house. Kitchen , bathroom with shower and toilet,floor heating , wood stove . Next to the horse pasture and very close to the A7 between Ulm and Memmingen . We are a farm with horses, a dog, a cat and chickens. Memmingen, with its romantic old town, invites you to stroll around and stop for a bite to eat. You can also book horsemanship, herbal courses or horseback riding. Breakfast on request!

Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.
