The south-facing terrace with garden offers a dream view of the Alps.

Entire vacation home exclusive - fantastic, sunny location at 1000 m above sea level on the edge of the forest with A LOT OF PANORAMA, basement with eat-in kitchen, double room with shower/toilet and is open to the upper floor with living area with wood-burning stove, panoramic window and a bedroom with 2 double beds and bathroom/toilet with the possibility of 2 extra beds. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Located in the middle of the Allgäu mountains, near the Edelsberghütte: Alpine-charming with modern comfort. The most romantic of our chalets. On site, you can also be catered for during the opening hours of the hut catering. For example, with a regional breakfast, and much more. Please note that the chalet is not accessible by car (nature reserve). A transfer/luggage transport from the valley is possible on request (only during the opening days of the Edelsberg hut).
