From here you can walk to cafes, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and much more. The same applies to public transport: lines 3, 4 and 5 or Cologne-Ehrenfeld station (great connection to the city center, main station or Cologne Messe / Deutz).

Quiet garden with seating. 6 min to the train station. 20 min to the city center. The kitchen is only suitable for smaller cooking activities as there is no exhaust fan. That's why there's only one ceramic hob.

South of the medieval gates of Cologne in the south city is this room with private entrance, hallway and bathroom. It is located on the 3rd floor (no passenger elevator, only freight elevator) quietly out to the courtyard and has a spacious balcony. The room is intended for one person to stay. I only rent to individuals.
