Our spacious, bright apartment is in a quiet location, overlooking nature. It is in the district of Hördt, about 7 km from Germersheim. Close to Speyer/Karlsruhe/Landau. It has 1 bedroom (double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m), open dining and living room with sofa bed (extendable), kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment is about 68 sqm and is located on the ground floor. In the nature reserve outside the door, you can relax. Nature lovers will also enjoy themselves here.

More comfortable than any hotel

Barrier-free apartment on the first floor of a two-family house. South-facing terrace with dining table and 4 chairs. Three minutes to Rewe, Aldi shopping center (open from 7:00 am to midnight). Alternative to the hotel (SAP, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, MLP). The apartment is furnished, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishes, pots... if anything is missing, just let us know. We'll get almost anything. We want you to feel comfortable.

Whether hiking in the Palatinate, a few days of wellness or the tranquility of nature right outside the front door - a lot can be combined in this accommodation. The pool is particularly popular with our guests as it provides refreshment after sauna and walks. Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.

The spacious, modern studio is ideal for travellers who appreciate nature. On the sandwich roof, you can hear the patter of the rain and the chirping of the birds. You can easily prepare your meals in the spacious kitchenette. You have a small, private outdoor seating area right outside the door, but you should be a bit sporty and fearless, as there is a steep staircase leading up to it. If needed and on request, an additional bedroom is available.
