I enjoyed my stay at Alex’s place. He is very responsive host and he will always help you if you have issues. The place is as described and have all amenities for long term stay. I stayed for a month and it was very comfortable.

The room, building, and whole community offer a really nice stay in BKK - a bit outside the main hustle and bustle of BKK, but close enough to take a Grab or the BTS and with all necessities within a very short walk. Nash was a friendly host and beautifully managed my late arrival. The building has a great rooftop, which I used for bodyweight workouts and just hanging out, enjoying the weather. In addition, there is a great pool and a well-equipped gym on the 5th floor. I highly recommend staying with Nash if your travels bring you to Bangkok.
