Monthly Rentals in Phra Nakhon

I stayed at XT Phayathai in Bangkok for one month and everything was absolutely amazing! The apartment was modern, super clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the view and the great facilities like the pool and gym. The location was perfect—peaceful yet well-connected to the rest of the city. Veronique was a fantastic host, always kind, responsive, and helpful. I felt completely at home and would love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

TOR was a perfect host and we really enjoyed our 4 nights here. It's a great area to stay in which is walkable to many places. Grab was easy to use to get anywhere further. The beds were super comfy and we loved the outdoor bathroom. The house has character and I'm so glad we chose this over something more modern.

The place looks just like the photos. We’ve stayed at a lot of airbnbs and this place was the coolest! The location is excellent because it is close to restaurants and several places that we wanted to visit. Although the common living areas don’t have AC, it was cooler than being outside and we could go to the bedroom if we needed to cool down. We didn’t realize that we’d booked during Songkran so it was very festive. There are signs around the airbnb that say be considerate of neighbours and keep the noise down but in fact all the surrounding neighbours were a lot louder than we were! Music played very loudly for most of the day. Luckily they turned it down at night and by midnight it was quieter.
