Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Picnic Point

We had a delightful stay and nothing but excellent experiences with our hosts. The apartment easily accommodated four of us visiting Lynnwood area family for the holidays. So many extraordinary food options, nearby, especially Korean food. Very quiet and peaceful. I especially appreciated their alertness to my allergies to pet hair; the immediate guest before us had brought a pet, but I did not have a single problem.

We loved our stay in Snohomish! The house is very cozy and clean. The kitchen had everything we could need and the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

Our family absolutely loves staying here! This was our second stay. The home is comfy and accommodating. The view, peacefulness, and privacy are unbeatable! It’s also such a fun area, with Port Gamble and Poulsbo being close by. There are also a number of hiking trails to explore. My husband and I stayed here for a week with our pups as we were visiting family in the area over the holidays. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and very private. We enjoyed the hot tub most evenings, and were very comfortable. Angela added very thoughtful touches throughout the house, for us and for the pups. This is a great place to stay!

We loved our stay at Christine’s “suite view!” It does have a gorgeous view & very peaceful setting. The place itself is cute & clean with everything you need. We used it as a home base for some local adventures. But honestly i think what we enjoyed most, was coming back in the afternoon to relax in the sunny & private yard. It was very peaceful & serene, with a gorgeous view of the water. I highly recommend Christine’s place & would happily return in the future!

Our stay at Katya’s place in Laurelhurst neighborhood of Seattle was great. The unit was in great condition and was very well outfitted with everything that any guest would need. We were greeted with a very nice note from Katya welcoming us to Seattle along with freshly baked danish rolls, which was so kind. And she provided additional towels and supplies for our dog, which was very helpful considering rainy Seattle weather during our visit. We would certainly recommend this unit to others and hope to stay there again in the future.

Thanks to Jonathan and his family for sharing this cozy little nook for my family and I. It was everything we needed to crash out after visiting with extended family nearby.

I came to Seattle for a yoga training and it was the perfect location and the view is absolutely beautiful!!

This place was perfect to visit our son who lives in the neighborhood. The unit is spacious, recently renovated - every room is functionally and elegantly furnished. The apartment was immaculate and has everything we needed for an extended weekend. Thomas is a friendly and responsive host

This is a wonderful cosy and serene location at the water. Linda is a fantastic host that makes you feel welcome from the first moment. Sitting at the water overlooking the water with the mountains on the background is amazing!

Debbie's basement unit is our go to spot when visiting family in Seattle. It is clean, cozy, convenient, and a great value for the space. The unit has everything you'll need for a short or extended stay and is within walking distance to the light rail which makes it easy to get around town even without a vehicle. Debbie is an excellent host - friendly and always responsive to any questions or concerns we may have. We would definitely recommend her home.

What a lovely place! We had an amazing time with our two kids. The neighborhood is really pretty (we came in spring and all the gardens were in full bloom) and we enjoyed the quiet area while being in walking distance to restaurants and shops in Freemont. Every evening we enjoyed a nice sunset on the balcony and then the hot tub for a little spa feeling. This was such a great addition to our Seattle trip. The apparentment really has everything you need for cooking and feeling right at home. Thanks for everything!

Spent 10 nights as a solo writing retreat (with my wife joining me on the weekend). Perfect for this even in mid-November. Super livable small home, south-facing right on the lake, two lakeside wall almost all windows, so daylight was beautiful. Thought it might be cold inside in November but the house is snug; heats up nicely and there are no drafts. Brad and Lisa are excellent hosts: quick to respond, helpful and friendly. It’s abundantly clear how much they love the place. Lots of small but nice touches. And then there’s the lake. We stayed here in warm weather before and enjoyed swimming, paddle boarding and rowing. But even in cold weather the lake is a treat. Ducks, loons, sunrise sparkles, evening sunsets. I have only good things to say.

This place was truly amazing and very clean ! The host was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I’ve been to many Airbnbs before, but this is the first time I was this impressed. I even extended my stay because I loved it so much. Hank made the whole trip even better — he was wonderful to deal with and really made me feel at home. The view was absolutely beautiful, and everything about the experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely love to come back again! Soon😍

We loved the place and plan on returning again !! The full kitchen was such a plus ! It wasn’t as small as I assumed it would be from past comments. I was very satisfied with everything no complaints what so ever !

This was our 4th stay at your cabin and it was amazing. When we stepped in the door, and even after a year, it felt as if we had never left. We love this place and are planning another stay for next year. Beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Had a couple of questions and Leslie was on top of everything, she is awesome. My family enjoyed our stay here! It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. Surya and Bojidar are wonderful hosts and we would recommend staying here to all of our family and friends!

Absolutely loved staying at Tiffany’s family cabin. It was so cozy and inviting, from inside and out. My girls and I loved the little touches, from the fresh tulips to the handwritten welcome note, to the gas stove and just all the blankets you could ever wish for. Would 100% come back again!! Our stay at Brian's cabin was exactly perfect. The pellet stove is a great addition and it kept us toasty. Everything was as described and the check-in instructions made the cabin easy to find despite nearly being hidden even though it's right off the road. The fresh fruit, kitchen staples, and WA wine were nice touches that made our stay even more comfortable. We definitely want to come back, perhaps when it's warmer and we'll want to do river activities in addition to the hot tub.
