Guests have access to a pool located in the owner’s garden and it benefits from private parking. Whilst the property is attached to the owners house it has its own entrance and complete privacy. It has a beautiful outdoor terrace and a stunning sun deck with views of the ancient Abbey.

Set in the heart of Verteuil a petite citie de caractere in the Charente we welcome you to Ma jolie petite maison, a one double bedroomed gite that sleeps 4. The building is over 200 years old and has been completely refurbished in 2024. With exposed stone walls and original fireplaces, lit by vintage French chandeliers and tasteful wall lights, the gite is both cosy and comfortable. During your stay you will have exclusive use of the heated swimming pool and a large Moroccan style barn.

In the heart of Limousin and 5 minutes from the Dordogne and Périgord Vert. We offer a pleasant refurbished cottage in a peaceful location surrounded by woods, ideal for relaxing. Starting in September, enjoy the deer rut on the property. Equipped with a high-end 3-seater jacuzzi and a swimming pool (open from June to September), our accommodation will also seduce you with its 2 bedrooms with very good quality bedding and its living room with TV including Netflix. The sofa is convertible, it will offer you an extra bed for 2 people. Our house also has a Wi-Fi connection and a dedicated office space, ideal for teleworking. Close to downtown St Junien and Oradour-sur-Glane.

Le Moulin Gite

Le Moulin is a self contained gite next to the pretty river Bandiat. It sleeps up to 7 people in 3 bedrooms. Guests enjoy a large private kitchen and living space and an en suite bathroom with every room. A cot may be added. Dogs are welcome for a charge of 10€ per night per dog. Le Moulin gite has a seating/BBQ area outside and access to the 8ha of grounds. There is a large woodburner downstairs and electric heating in the bedrooms.
