Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Pieve Vecchia

Our 4th time staying at Anna’s properties in Riva Del Garda. She’s an amazing host and her places are great. Very well located right in the heart of the city

We had some trouble finding the entrance to the residential complex at first, Google Maps is a bit confusing (the black gate with the number 9 is the entrance, enter the code there). But from then on, everything worked with the instructions we got in advance, the door lock is controlled with an app. The apartment is really super nicely furnished with a lot of attention to detail, an absolute boho dream, as in the photos. Everything was super clean, the bed comfortable, it was quiet and there is parking right in front of the house. It is a stone's throw to Bardolino and Lazise, but about 5 minutes walk away there is also a restaurant with great terrace, the Tavernetta Corte Torcolo, the food was mega! We would book the place again anytime!

We were there as two couples and a big dog. We particularly enjoyed the great garden, which is completely and securely fenced, as well as the beautiful view of Lake Garda; also the hospitality of Riccardo and the owners. Parking with a large car in the lower parking lot is somewhat difficult, but it worked. It was great that, contrary to the description, we could also use the 2nd parking space, so we didn't have to switch to a public parking lot. A nice surprise is also the herb garden, which you can use for cooking. We enjoyed it very much.

I can only say that Gianfranco has always made himself available. We found a super apartment furnished with every comfort, cleanliness... A place worthy of relaxation... Gianfranco's friendliness was priceless. I hope to return to this fantastic place and shake hands with Gianfranco again. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay, it was a 7 minute drive to central sirmione which was the purpose of our visit, nice and clean and spacious apartment and lovely host who looked after us well with clear instructions on how to get in and find the apartment etc, great communication and was very kind :)!

Our stay with Rafael couldn't have been better, I mean, it could! If it had lasted longer, what 😂 an amazing place! The airbnb photos don't describe the beauty of the villa, definitely! Friends and family, seeing the photos I posted on social media, asked me if the place was real and, really, it looks like a dream! The location is perfect, very close to the city center, easily accessible from the villa. The room is beautiful, super well equipped, super comfortable for longer stays. The villa is stunning, with the garden and the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. Rafael is an amazing host, polite, helpful and makes us feel at home! I took my dog and he was able to walk around the gardens, relax under the trees, he enjoyed it so much! I have no words to thank Rafael for everything! In addition, Riva del Garda is a wonderful city, so far my favorite city in Italy! In short: we will definitely be back! I absolutely recommend it!

Very good accomodation. Super clean. Fully equipped. Garage is very handy. Location quiet and close to the town centre. The Garda Lake area is amazing. Highly recommended!!

Villa Daniela was perfect for our trip . The house was great well equipped and all the fittings were high quality. Pool and terraces were ideal . The view across the lake was stunning . Highly recommended

The perfect Getaway. Beautiful Nature , perfect for biking and a fully equipped house that is tailored for 8 adults. Two rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Andy and Sabine are the definition of Superhosts. We will be back.

Very clean, there was nothing missing. The only drawback is the hotel next door, which was celebrating a wedding and we were exposed to extreme noise until late at night. The hostess can't do anything about that, but this should be considered when booking this location.

Incredible space! Like a movie. There is love in every detail. The host took care of the design very carefully, every accessory, from bed linen to furniture in the interior complements the picture. Very clean, and there is everything you need in the kitchen ( electronic appliances, appliances, dishes, even tea/sugar/heat/oil) The host is always available and responds very quickly and is always ready to provide recommendations, or hints. Very quiet and atmospheric town with delicious restaurants. We stayed with two families with children ( and another family of our friends nearby in the hotel) and had a great time! I recommend this place 100%

the house was much more beautiful than we expected !! very nice and big kitchenette. The locaties near the brigde and the view on Borghetto is outstanding. the swimmingpool was perfect and the host very nice and helpfull. We were even invited for pizza with his friends. We had really a very nice stay !!

The place was spacious, authentic and as described. It is a good fit for large groups. The kitchen is well equipped. The place was clean overall but bits could have been cleaner eg kitchen shelves, blender and the shower which had the steam room. I liked that they provided slippers etc. It was extremely helpful for them to arrange to meet us at the station and take our stuff to the house while we went to Lake Garda and really helpful that we got a ride back to the station on final day. The house is outside of Verona so you need a car or have to take cabs. Overall it was a good experience. Thank you.

Perfect apartment, fresh and clean, has all you need, grocery store next door, close to center. Andrea is very helpful and nice. This was our second time in Andrea’s apartment.

We had a pleasant stay at Federica’s home. The communication was easy and nice. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. We got more than expected. Definitely recommend the place.

Absolutely fabulous stay at Paolo’s. We would love to return it was exactly as described, very spacious and convenient for local amenities. Thank you for having us!

Place is located very closely to the center and is very convenient to get to the stores and restaurants. Metro is approx 10 min away and train station 20 min. Only concern with the apartment is that it's located in an Indian/Bangladeshi neighbourhood and there are plenty of their stores. We felt uncomfortable as we kept getting stares whenever we were walking there.

Great location, great everything. Only minor inconvenience was the school across the street can get noisy in the morning but doesn't last very long. Host was very accommodating and helpful.

We stayed 2 nights in 6 people in Marina's apartment. The house is on the first floor without an elevator in a small family-run building and is about 15 minutes from downtown by taking the bus. The apartment is spacious, cozy, renovated, and extremely clean. Communication with Marina has always been punctual and efficient. Marina is a helpful and friendly host. We had a great time and hope to return as soon as possible!! Highly recommended!!

We had a lovely time in Alessandro’s property. The flat is spacious, comfortable and quiet. It is only few steps sway from the lake. Alessandro has been extremely helpful. Recommended!

Clean accommodation and perhaps even more beautiful than in the attached photographs, host very available and quick to respond. To be recommended.
