Die 120 m² große Souterrainwohnung besteht aus einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer, einer großen gut ausgestatteten Küche (große Kühl-Gefrierkombination, Backofen, Kochfeld, Dunstabzugshaube, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Mikrowelle), 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 Badezimmer und kann somit 5 Personen bequem beherbergen. Zur weiteren Ausstattung unseres Apartments gehören WLAN (für Videoanrufe geeignet), Klimaanlage, eine Waschmaschine sowie ein TV. Ihr Ferienapartment ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom nächsten Restaurant, Café, Bar, Supermarkt, Apotheke und Ärzte entfernt. Das Dorf verfügt über mehrere Geschäfte und viele Gastronomiebetriebe. Der malerische Strand Playa de las Higuericas ist 10 Autominuten (10,8 km) von der Ferienwohnung entfernt. Der Golfplatz „Lo Romero“ ist 3 km entfernt. Den Flughafen Alicante erreichen Sie in 60 Minuten (80 km). Mieten Sie sich ein Auto am Flughafen, oder wir vermitteln für Sie den Transfer nach Pinar de Campoverde und das Auto vor Ort. (Weiteres gerne in einem persönlichen Gespräch) In der Umgebung gibt es verschiedene schöne und unterhaltsame Ausflugsziele, sowohl in die Natur als auch in die Kultur. Unser Haus liegt nicht weit vom Mar Menor mit seinen berühmten Schlammbädern entfernt.
