Holiday rentals with a patio in Pinto

We stayed two nights at Cristina's place and would definitely come back again. The apartment was really comfortable and clean, and Cristina had put in lots of thoughtful details. The location is great: close to the subway and a bus to the airport, and next to a beautiful park. Thanks very much!

Maria Jose and her husband were very nice, they helped us with an umbrella and find a parking lot at the time of arrival. The place is nice, the kitchen is very complete. For being winter we couldn't be much outside but the patio is big and looks nice.

Everything is correct, coinciding with the description. A small floor but just with everything you need. Comfortable bed and the sofa bed is super comfortable. Very flirty kitchen. Location is fine Metro 12 minutes walk and bus in front of the apartment door. Various facilities. Carlos the host is always available and quickly. Highly recommended, we'll be back for sure!!

The apartment was a perfect base for our stay in Madrid. It was clean and had everything we needed. Maria was a great host and was very helpful with anything we needed before we arrived, while we were there and even after checkout.

We (4 adults and 1 child) enjoyed the apartment and the location ( between 3 metro stations) very much. The apartment was spacious and had good opportunities to cook for yourself. There were 2 supermarkets nearby and you were quickly in the center by metro. We had no problems and therefore no need to contact the owner. As mentioned before, the 3 bedrooms were great, the mattresses were a little saggy and the bedroom out to the street a little clairvoyant. But that was nothing that bothered us great. We were very pleased.

Very comfortable renovated apartment in the Salamanca neighborhood. Communication was very good. That weekend was very cold in Madrid but inside the apartment it was very good, the heating works perfectly. A place to repeat.

Everything is perfect. It's easy to talk to Cristina and even made it easier for us to hand over keys a little before check-in time. Everything was clean.

Clear directions to the apartment, it is as shown in the images. Smoking is noticeable inside. A towel hook is missing or something like that, but overall it's very good. It has nearby supermarkets and also the south station where you can take both bus, metro or train. The bed is very comfortable. Thank you very much, Jesus!

Exactly apartment, all very clean and equipped for the days we spent in Madrid, there is a good market just steps away from the building and nearby train and metro stations that allowed us to go to downtown Madrid very easily. For the days we returned after the opening hours of public transport, going back to the apartment by transport app did not cost us, excellent cost-benefit and for sure a place where I would return to staying.

We felt incredibly comfortable at Rosario's! Even before our arrival we had contact and thus received the exact directions: with the metro in Madrid no problem at all!!! Location is pleasant and quiet. Supermarkets in the immediate vicinity guarantee a supply of everything. The house itself is WONDERFUL!!! Everything corresponded exactly to the description and was perfectly equipped! From shower gel to body lotion and toothpaste (and brushes), a fully equipped kitchen with EVERYTHING you need. To welcome drinks, butter, marmalade, milk, ham (in the fridge) and kitchens and pastries (including plenty of coffee capsules); spices, olives, tuna ... I can't even list everything! Excursion tips and a quick guide for all appliances in the house as well as a plan of the metro! Everything was there! The contact with questions was always lightning fast and super likeable! Thank you so much for everything! We will be back!!!

the house great, much better than the photos, has a patio mogollón. We went to spend an end of the year there a group of 9 people and we were at home, we had a lot of intimacy and since there were not many houses nearby we could be inside the house with music with no problem disturbing any neighbors. Extremely comfortable beds with a lot of blankets that were super warm. Marco and his family are very friendly, we will definitely come back in summer so we can enjoy the patio and the pool

This is a great spot, quiet and tucked away but only 5-6 mins walk to the Metro (and the station is right by a Colombian bakery….great empanadas !). Very comfortable and well equipped home. Barbara and her co-hosts were so helpful with airport pick up tips, local restaurant recommendations etc - she and her team made everything really easy. We’d love to return….

Great place to explore madrid from! Close to the metro and a good walk to the centre

We had a wonderful stay at Hellen and Matya’s place. The location is easy to find and short walk from metro stop, with a supermarket nearby. The place is really beautiful, with lots of light. Everything worked perfectly inside, great shower too. The hosts were quick to respond to queries, gave us clear instructions for checking in and out and made us feel welcome.

Second time I’ve stayed at Laura’s place, perfect location to go visit my customers, very spacious and super clean apartment, can park for free on the street outside (important if you hire a car) and the neighbourhood is peaceful, with the park a few minutes away for a run.

Maria’s place was a great base for a short visit to Madrid. It is comfortable and has everything you need. The area provides a glimpse of life in Madrid with some excellent spots for eating and drinks.

We loved the space, extremely clean, organized, comfortable and cozy! Another wonderful point is the privilege of the location. Excellent host very responsive! We highly recommend!! 🥰🙌

My wife and I stayed here for four days during my business trip to Madrid. The location was perfect for both of us. It was in the heart of La Latina, an easy cab ride for me to business meetings and walking distance to Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Gran Via and other notable parts of the city center. Lots of restaurants, shops and small convenience stores around the block (to buy water, drinks, an adapter, etc.) We also arrived on Sunday and had front door access to the oldest and largest flea/antique market in Madrid. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and modern. It was convenient to have two bathrooms, lots and lots of closet space and access to kitchen appliances (coffee machine) and even the washer. There’s an exercise bike and USB-C chargers (with charging outlets on both sides of the bed). The booking and check-in/out process was seamless and the manager (Jose Maria) provided excellent local tips and recs. Highly recommended!

Loved the surrounding area, easy to walk to the metro, gran vía, Salamanca neighborhood. Lots to do nearby, the Airbnb street had one of our favorite spots- La Huevería and El corral. Supermarket was really close too. Would stay here again. Can’t wait to come back!

Very nice neighborhood. Lots of really good restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores. It’s about a 35-40 minute walk to the Prado. If you don’t want to walk, the metro is right next door, as well as a taxi stop

Lucia's place was great. The location of his house was very close to the metro. We were very satisfied and it was very helpful. It was a pristine house. When an incident happened to us, they offered us an immediate solution. See you soon..

I had a lovely stay at Leo’s place in Madrid. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect—close to the city centre and easy to get around. Leo was warm, welcoming, and made the whole experience smooth. Would definitely stay again!
