Welcome to La Terrasse du Loir, a 115 m² gîte that has been open since 2021, ideally located on the banks of the Loir and about 3 km from La Flèche Zoo. The accommodation can accommodate up to 12 people: 10 people in the four bedrooms and two additional beds in the living room. The cottage, the swimming pool and all outdoor areas are exclusively reserved for guests. You don't share the pool with the owners or with other holidaymakers. The whole property is not overlooked.

Apartment located in the center of Noyen-sur-Sarthe in a quiet alley overlooking the Sarthe River that can accommodate up to 4 people. Close to shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, restaurants, bar, supermarket...). The accommodation is 25 minutes from Le Flèche Zoo, 30 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 20 minutes from the Bailleul toll. The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

Frédéric and Laura welcome you to their farmhouse, in a barn completely renovated in 2022. Come and enjoy this peaceful place in the countryside, 25 minutes from Le Mans. Apart from our home, your only neighbors will be our cows. You will have all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Your year-round heated indoor pool adjoining the living room will allow you to enjoy it in any season as well as the Nordic bath.

Accommodation fully refurbished in 2021. Our 4-legged friends are welcome, as long as you don't leave them alone in the accommodation.
