House in the countryside.

Relax with the whole family at this small house in the countryside. Located between Le Mans, the Alpes Mancelles and Sainte-Suzanne. - On the ground floor, a living room with an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. - Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, 2 single 90 x 190 cm beds, and a toilet. The accommodation benefits from games, books, balloons, and bath towels. This small house is attached to our home.

The Louplande Retreat – Pool & stone charm

Welcome to this entire, welcoming house, ideal for a family holiday or small group getaway, just 15 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and close to the A11 motorway for easy access. This comfortable country house combines rustic charm with all modern amenities for a relaxing stay. Enjoy a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, an outdoor area with a garden, and private access to the swimming pool (open from April to October).

Old farmhouse

The house is located 3 kilometers from the village of Chevillé, in the countryside, in the middle of the fields. The accommodation that is offered for rent is an old barn that we have completely transformed and restored. It offers the charm of the old and offers the comfort of modernity for 4 to 6 people (including 2 to 4 children), in a quiet environment, with a 5000 m2 enclosed garden and a small pond. Appartement

Apartment located in the center of Noyen-sur-Sarthe in a quiet alley overlooking the Sarthe River that can accommodate up to 4 people. Close to shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, restaurants, bar, supermarket...). The accommodation is 25 minutes from Le Flèche Zoo, 30 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 20 minutes from the Bailleul toll. The major cities nearby are Le Mans 30 minutes, Angers and Laval 50 minutes.

The common wine press gîte

The common press is an outbuilding located in the garden of our house (a typical village farm in Sarthe dating from the 16th century). The entry is independent but we want to personally welcome each person. You can stay there as in a cottage or as in a guest room. Simple and rustic, the accommodation includes a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. A sofa bed can be unfolded for two extra people.

Tour Saint-Michel, charming cottage

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.
