Relax with the whole family at this small house in the countryside. Located between Le Mans, the Alpes Mancelles and Sainte-Suzanne. - On the ground floor, a living room with an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. - Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, 2 single 90 x 190 cm beds, and a toilet. The accommodation benefits from games, books, balloons, and bath towels. This small house is attached to our home.

Easy access from the A11 motorway. 7 km from La Suze sur Sarthe. 15/20 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. Simplify your life in this peaceful, central home between Le Mans and Sablé sur Sarthe. It is an independent house but we are neighbors. You can take your morning walk by the communal path. Apartment located in the center of Noyen-sur-Sarthe in a quiet alley overlooking the Sarthe River that can accommodate up to 4 people. Close to shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, restaurants, bar, supermarket...). The accommodation is 25 minutes from Le Flèche Zoo, 30 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 20 minutes from the Bailleul toll. The major cities nearby are Le Mans 30 minutes, Angers and Laval 50 minutes.

Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

Ideal for professionals, free enclosed parking, secure (trailer, truck.) and tourism. This 35 m² studio (ground floor) is located in La Suze, between Le Mans, La Flèche and Sablé. New-build property, private WC, separate entrance. This studio allows you to be independent for your meals and outings. Ideal for the Val de Sarthe Tour... sporting events... Available: coffee, hot chocolate, tea. Small brioches in a bag.

The relaxation chalet

A 28 m² chalet on the edge of the Sarthe, quiet, for 2 people. It consists of a seating area - living room, kitchenette, bedroom and shower room. A terrace with garden furniture and a table at garden level so you can sit with your feet on the grass. For owners of electric vehicles, it is prohibited to charge the battery at the chalet's expense.

For a weekend, forget your worries in this spacious and relaxing space. Ideal for a large family, this farmhouse is located in the Sarthe countryside, 30 minutes drive to Le Mans (15 minutes by train). The owners are housed in an adjoining and independent space, they remain available if needed.
