Pretty house with its feet in the sand at the Bourdaines beach (5 adults + 3 older children/teenagers in the mezzanine). Enclosed outdoor space. Ideal location located on Seignosse, at the foot of the dune. Relax in this quiet accommodation just a short walk from the beach. Atlantic Park (15 min walk). Ideally located 10 minutes from Hossegor and its lake, and 5 minutes from the Seignosse golf course. Everything is accessible by bike. A real holiday!!! Linen not provided

Modern single-storey house, fully renovated

Designed for 6 people, the KindaHouse is a modern house of 70 m2 in Seignosse (South West of France) with a garden that overlooks a nice wooded park, quiet even in the middle of summer. KindaHouse is close to the beach Seignosse les Bourdaines (renowned surf spot) in the Landes, just 5 minutes from Hossegor. It is just behind the dune, 200 metres from the beach on one side and the pine forest on the other and close to the Le Tube concert hall.

A modern villa features a private heated pool surrounded by lounge chairs and tropical plants. The exterior design includes wood and stone accents, while large sliding doors provide access to the spacious interior. The pool area is bathed in natural light, highlighting the relaxing environment.

Enjoy with your family this fabulous place that offers good times in perspective. The beach is a few meters away. No need to bother with the car. The house offers large spaces. The large garden offers several corners with various exhibitions. A terrace to the west, one to the south and one to the east… spoilt for choice! A large living room is a bright dining room open to the garden. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Nice 2 bedr. villa in Seignosse, located on the edge of the forest, 10min away from the beach breaks.This villa will suit every family hoping for some rest in a quiet place: surrounded by nature, you’ll access easily trail-tracks and cycle pathes.
