Dream Beach House 300m from Ocean

Beautiful bright beach house on large pine property 3 minutes walking distance from Bourdaines beach and 3 minutes drive from the golf course. Famous restaurants at the lake, major supermarkets and bars are all located close by. The traditional "landaise" style house is newly renovated. The interior mixes elements form the region with contemporary furniture and art. A large generous outside deck was newly built and together with the outside grill is a favorite hangout on lush summer nights.

View of the mythical Estagnots wave in Seignosse, right on the sand, you can't be any closer to the beach. Perfect place for ocean lovers. The 44 m2 apartment is on the first and last floor of a small residence. It consists of a south-facing balcony with ocean view, a living room with a sofa bed, equipped kitchen, new bathroom with washing machine and a mezzanine with 2 beds in 90 x 190 that can be combined into 1 single bed. You'll love this place because of the location, the calm, the immediate access to bike paths, the proximity to shops and golf courses. Parking space on the property. Come and rest 200m from the ocean. House on two floors with jacuzzi, barbecue, plancha, ping pong and outdoor shower opposite a surf spot and free tennis courts. Video projector and chimney. There IS A BASEMENT APARTMENT THAT IS OCCUPIED but its entry IS independent. Close to market, golf, aquaparc, skate park and restaurants on foot or by bike. Baby kit available.
