Exposé ouest, depuis le balcon fermé, vous bénéficiez de la vue sur le parc aquatique Atlantic Park et vers la dune qui offre des couchers de soleil landais dignes de cartes postales. À seulement 200 mètres de la plage, le Penon offre certains des meilleurs spots de surfs au monde, tant pour les débutants complets que pour ceux qui souhaitent tester leurs compétences contre Kelly Slater ou Jeremy Flores.

We offer a nice apartment of 50 m2 bright, west exposure, at the entrance to the beach ‘Le Penon'. Located on the top floor of a building, you will have a view of the dunes and the ocean as well as a small terrace to enjoy this view. This wooden chalet style accommodation is very cozy, beautifully decorated and it is possible to accommodate up to 6 people. (4 people in double beds and 2 people on a sofa bed.) The maximum capacity is 4 adults and 2 children.

Cosy and functional studio, completely renovated, with heating for a stay even in winter. It has a sofa bed for two people and a mezzanine bed (child). Facing west, the apartment overlooks a green space and, in the distance, the dunes. ⚠️ From 7 September, work will take place in the residence. Due to the possible noise disturbances and the inability to use the balcony, a 25% discount is applied for the duration of the work.

My accommodation is 100 meters from the mythical beach of Estagnots, a surf spot internationally known by all lovers of board sports and thrills. You'll love this place because of the location, the calm, the immediate access to bike paths, the proximity to shops and golf courses. Parking space on the property. Pool access exclusively reserved for owners. We have a dog that we keep away from guests. We do not allow pets.

A few meters from the beach, this renovated T2 is ideally located for a pleasant stay. You will enjoy its large terrace with a glimpse of the ocean as well as the Landes forest.
