In a peaceful and green setting, a few steps from the beach and Lake Hossegor, we offer a small modern villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The garden is fully enclosed and the property is rented for the exclusive use of the Tenant. The villa has a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a comfortable living room and is fully air-conditioned. Pool or jacuzzi rental is possible for an additional fee. Please note that the pool is heated and can be rented from April to October.
