We will be delighted to host you in our old mill located in the heart of the countryside in a preserved environment. Detached house, living room of 45 m2 approx. with equipped kitchen and living room with TV. Wi-Fi. Upstairs, 1 bedroom on mezzanine with 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed that can offer two extra beds. Spacious, bright and quiet, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The newly completed exteriors of the cOcOn are equipped with a private garden area with 2 terraces, one with garden furniture and the other with a space for your meals.

In a green setting and on the water, this cottage built in an old mill welcomes you in its warm style and all natural wood. Adjoining outbuildings still containing the mill mechanism, it faces the owners' house in a charming hamlet nestled in the hollow of the Gouët, and to the North Chaos (maze of stones covering the river). 10 km to the North and St Brieuc is available to you.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the farmhouse, accessible by an external staircase. The courtyard can accommodate one or more vehicles.
