First floor with elevator. Few neighbors and quiet. It has a cold and heat pump, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. Possibility of parking a few meters away for an additional fee and forget about the car, because you have all the services within walking distance to get to know the entire historic center and downtown.
