Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Platja de Gandia

Keli’s apartment is absolutely lovely, just as it looks in the photos. It was very peaceful with stunning views and it was so relaxing to hear the waves as you go to sleep. We stayed in April and the weather started mixed so it was great to have access to the heated indoor pool. The outdoor pools were very well kept although cool at this time of year. The gym and the grounds were excellently cared for. The balcony was perfect for sun downers. The flat is a short walk to Greenwich Marina where there are lots of restaurants and places you can buy fresh bread, have coffee or pick up a roast chicken and chips. Closer to the apartment there were 2 great little beach restaurants. One only opened for the season 2 days before we left. We made trips to Dénia, Calpe and Altea and our girls had a couple of tennis lessons at Altea tennis club which is only 10 minutes drive. I would definitely recommend a car. The beach is pebbly but the water is very clear and lovely to swim in.

Nice clean apartment with a sea view and great balcony! Very well equipped kitchen and large TV with lots of channels and Netflix. Elizaveta was very responsive host and Di who welcomed us was great! Definitely will stay there again.

Llegamos bastante tarde a la noche para recoger las llaves y agradecemos que fuera muy amable! El piso está tal cual enfrente de una de las playas mas conocidas de la zona. Salimos encantados a la hora de nuestra vuelta ☺️

A spacious modern apartment with a large balcony and fabulous view 100m down the street to the sea. It’s nearer to the sea than the photos show and the communal swimming pool was the best in fact the apt is in the very best part of Gandía. Cafe on corner served delicious breakfasts and snacks and the local Spar shop has a fantastic selection of fresh fish if you like cooking. We ate in once just to enjoy the balcony dining but mostly ate out in the good variety of local restaurants. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone

Our second stay in this apartment in Xabia, so knew what to expect. it was equally an great experience, this year great location walking distance to the arenal beach, bars and restaurants. check in was easy, with a flexible checkin as we arrived on an early flight.

Nos ha encantado estar en el apartamento de María. Hemos estado una pareja con una niña pequeña y las estancia ha sido inmejorable. El apartamento está muy cuidado, baño con una ducha enorme, salón amplio y con una tele grande, cocina cuadrada de tamaño razonable, una terraza interior anexa con lavadora y lavavajillas y dos dormitorios muy cómodos. Espectacular la terraza exterior, muy amplia y con vistas al mar, aunque no es frontal, está en una calle perpendicular al paseo. El edificio está junto a la playa, primera línea, la ubicación es espectacular. También está muy bien poder usar la piscina. María ha estado estupenda como anfitriona, la comunicación con ella fue comodísima en todo momento, resolvió todas las dudas que tuvimos y estuvo pendiente de que encontrásemos la casa con facilidad y de que nuestra estancia fuera agradable. Seguro que intentaremos volver al apartamento cuando regresemos a Gandía.

Súper airbnb. J’en ai fait beaucoup et c’est de loin un des mieux équipés, pas besoin de venir en vacances avec son sucre, sel, huile d’olive etc.. il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la cuisine et les salles de bains. Les literies sont très bien. Le logement est joli et très agréable à vivre et la résidence très calme. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

We had the pleasure of renting this beautiful house for a month with a group of friends – and it was absolutely perfect! The place is stunning, spotlessly clean, and decorated with a lot of care and a cozy touch. There are so many lovely spots in and around the house where you can relax, cook, or simply enjoy time together. We especially loved the walk to the nearby viewpoint with breathtaking views, as well as the great hiking trails in the area that offer something for everyone. Truly a place to feel at home – we’d love to come back!

Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos co n los niños. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo de la piscina y de la casa. Gracias!

Una estancia estupenda. Ika siempre disponible y atenta. Fuimos dos y un perro pequeño. El espacio exterior es amplio. La casa esta junto a la playa. Muy limpia, con todas las comodidades y a un paseo del pueblo. Solo echamos en falta una pequeña puerta en la valla del jardín, aunque no hay peligro ya que la urbanización es cerrada.

Tolles Haus in Strandnähe. Erika war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Haus überzeugt durch die Lage, das Design, mehrere tolle Terrassen und den Komfort. Gerne wieder!

Una casa preciosa con el encanto de Jávea una piscina preciosa de agua turquesa relajante para poder disfrutar del maravilloso pueblo de Jávea con muchas calas bonitas cercas supermercados y tranquilidad volvería a repetir sin duda Cristóbal un gran anfitrión la casa equipada con todo. Gracias por hospedarnos ojalá poder volver pronto!

Ein sehr schönes, geräumiges Appartement, in dem wir uns von Anfang an während unseres fünfzehntägigen Aufenthaltes in Denia wohl gefühlt haben. Die Kommunikation per Chat im Vorfeld und auch jederzeit begleitend, wenn es Anfragen gab während unseres Aufenthalts, war immer sehr zeitnah und verbindlich. Raúl ist ein sehr sympathischer und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über eine schöne Terrasse (Morgensonne) mit Blick auf den Pool. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nur ca. 200 Meter vom Strand entfernt, wo es unter anderem zwei nette Restaurants, kleine Bars, eine Eisdiele, einen kleinen Supermarkt (dort gibt es täglich gutes frisches Baguette) und eine Apotheke gibt. Die Innenstadt von Denia ist in ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

El apartamento tal cual se ve en las fotos, todo limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días agradables. Susana siempre atenta, comunicación rápida y muy flexible con los horarios de entrada y salida, lugar totalmente recomendable.

Ik heb het appartement voor de tweede keer geboekt en er komt zeker een derde keer. Het is schoon. Ligt op loopafstand van de boulevard. En je kijkt op het zwembad

Logement impeccable, description parfaite et très propre. La résidence est ultra sécurisé, la voiture reste en sécurité dans le parking avec surveillance 24/24. Tout est présent dans la résidence pour toute la famille, jeux pour enfants, salle de sport, piscine intérieure et extérieure, accès plage. Nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour et la région est magnifique. Nous avons aussi apprécié le calme de la résidence dû au mois d'avril où peut de touriste était présent. En bref nous espérons y séjourner de nouveau un jour. Merci Jorge !

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce logement. Nous sommes venus pour profiter des routes pour de belles sorties à vélo. L’endroit est calme, paisible et parfaitement adapté pour se reposer après de longues sorties. L’hébergement est très bien équipé, confortable et situé dans un cadre idéal pour les cyclistes, avec de superbes routes et peu de circulation. L’hôte a été extrêmement réactive et très sympathique, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et s’assurer que tout se passe bien. La vue est magnifique. Un plaisir chaque matin. Si vous cherchez un endroit reposant et parfait pour le vélo, c’est une adresse à ne pas manquer. Merci Ana.

Hemos tenido un contratiempo con el horario del check-in pero al llegar al edificio el esposo de Lola ya nos esperaba y ha sido muy respectuoso, atencioso y nos explico las funcionalidades del piso con detalles. La estancia en el piso ha estado muy bien. El edificio tiene salida directa a la playa, lo que facilita mucho si vas con niños pequeños y buscas más tranquilidad. La piscina está muy bien y tiene un kiosko por si necesitas comer algo rápidamente.

Very nice apartment, very quiet, nice garden and close to the beach. We worked remotely and the wifi worked well. The kitchen has everything you will need. Jean-François is a great host, very friendly and accommodating.

Nuria is very responsive host, requests or issues with apartment were quickly solved. We were there at off season, in November, it was quite peaceful and I don't how busy is the area during the summer. In November some of the restaurants are closed or opened only for weekends. The apartment itself is nice and tidy with beautiful balcony with view on the sea. There were even special towels for the beach. Great place to stay.
