Calm & exclusive apartment by the beach

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

Casa Garza is a charming apartment, located in the southern part of the island, so we enjoy the best climate. Its location is ideal, it is a 6-minute walk to the beach, the pedestrian promenade and a restaurant area. We are about a 15-minute walk from downtown. It's an old building and this is what has allowed its excellent location and character. It is ideal for relaxing and doing nothing and for using it as a base to go and explore this beautiful island.
