View to the park in a very quiet area. Community pool. The beach is located 800 meters,approx 10 minutes on foot, 5 minutes on foot we have tennis club,bars,supermarket etc. 15 minutes walk to the promenade maritimo and 1 km to Novo Santi Petri.

A place to come and disconnect. Soak in the southern Spain sun with a sangria by the pool, minutes walking from the beach, grill on the bbq, or experience some of the restaurants around the area. At night you will relax with the tranquility of the neighbourhood, or if you prefer you are minutes away to the night life. Other activities we love to do are walking along the beach watching a sunset, or around the pinewood, eat outside, and go golfing to the multiple courses we have in the area.
