Cozy atmosphere to rest or work in peace

This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

Lovely one bedroom apartment with a large, sunny terrace and A/C to cool down after enjoying the sunny weather. Located on ground floor, in a central residence (Paraiso Royal), in the heart of Playa De Las Americas; surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and excursion/travel agencies. A 5-min walk to the beach, or you can chose the community pool, which is heated during winter time. It is located in the quiet part of the complex, so you will enjoy peaceful and relaxing nights.

Dreaming Las Vistas beach - Air-Conditioning

New studio in front of Las Vistas beach just two steps from the beach and the Golden Mile of Playa de las Americas ( about 30meters). Completely renovated with modern kitchen fully equipped, TV, unlimited WI-FI , bed of 150x190, sofa-bed of 140x190. Wonderful sunny terrace and beautiful pools. All the facilities as bar, restaurants, supermarket, hairdresser, rent a car, discos... are at only 30/200 meters of the complex. Reception 24h and tennis. Very good location for unforgettable holidays!

Spacious and modern studio located in favourite Tenerife spot: Playa de Las Americas in El Dorado complex. Access via lift to sixth floor, beautiful sea view from the balcony, walking distance to all night life amenities and 5 min to the beach. You will be in the centre of popular area so prepare for sea breeze walks and sunsets. Only suits couples but we would accommodate extra beds for 2 kids. Not suitable for 4 adults. We are family friendly apartment. There is tennis court in the complex.

Spacious apartment, furnished and well-equipped, located in the heart of Las Américas, close to the beach and all amenities, community pool. It has access for people with disabilities, there are no stairs; it has 2 entrances: one on Victor Zurita Soler Street where there is always free public parking and the other on Rafael Puig Lluvina Avenue that takes you to Hard Rock Café, Papagayo or the Golden Mile where the most famous shopping malls on the island are located: C.C. Safari, C.Oasis.

The good life

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems another, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the open house, immerse ourselves in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk the beach, cook without a rush... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.

Heated seawater pool, with paid sunbeds at 3 euros per day , and if you want more, the umbrella 1 euro and the mattress 1 euro for the day The beach is a few minutes walk away. The golf courses are about 15 minutes away.
