Monthly Rentals in Playa de las Coloradas

The accommodation was delightful and had pretty much everything you needed for a short break. It had great view out to sea and was very peaceful. The only thing I would say is that it was little remote from the main town but was reasonably close to bars and restaurants at the marina. There was also a a couple of supermarkets nearby which sold all provisions you needed at very reasonable prices. Mariana and her partner picked us up at the airport and took us to the property (for a fee) so there was no problem finding the place. We also arranged that they would take us back at the end of our stay. Contacting Mariana was never a problem and she was always quick to respond and sort out any problems we may have had - not that we really had any! All in all, it was a most enjoyable stay and we definitely consider staying there again.

A family of three with a 16 year old. What a lovely apartment, you can tell Javier takes great care. All appliances are high spec and easy to use. The location was perfect offering a lovely walk into the main area of Playa Blanca or make use of the bikes provided to cycle along. We also jumped on the bus as an option. Javier helped us with airport transfers and met us when we arrived, he talked through all the amenities and recommended some great restaurants. We actually thought the best places to eat were nearest to us, we had two good meals at Citurna and Furancho do tono was amazing, offering traditional Spanish meals at very reasonable prices. We used the pool most days, it was warm enough to swim once you brave the first dip (and I don’t do cold pools). There’s plenty of sun loungers and you often have it to yourself. We couldn’t fault anything about the apartment we absolutely loved it and hope to return soon. Thanks for your hospitality Javier!

Had a lovely week in this beautiful villa. 2 mins walk to a supermarket that had everything we wanted. Fabulous Indian restaurant was also a 2 minute walk away as was the bus stop which we used to get to Playa Blanca on the number 30. We could walk to the marina in about 20 minutes. The villa is in a very peaceful location. We used all bedrooms and everyone thought the beds comfortable. Hopefully we will visit again one day.

We had a fantastic week at Casa Eden. A couple of minor issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Angel and Paulaa. Location is excellent, supermarket, restaurant and cafe are a stones throw away. The marina area is a 10-15 minute walk along the front which suited us down to the ground as it was nice to walk off the lovely food we had eaten in the many fantastic restaurants on offer. Casa Eden was found to be spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we needed and more. On arrival there was a nice bottle of wine and sauces locally produced waiting for us which was a nice touch. Definitely recommend Casa Eden.
