Cozy atmosphere to rest or work in peace

This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Peace reigns here.

Bright studio steps from beach! No stairs!

Beautiful spacious studio with a separate bedroom and lots of light. Not facing parking lot! Facing a quiet outdoor space. Hi Speed WiFi, meters from the beach and minutes from spectacular Golden Mile and Los Cristianos, with all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment they offer. Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.

Beautiful open space, sea view and swimming pool in the heart of Las Americas, convenient to all amenities , fifty meters from the beach. You don't need to rent a car as you can easily reach everything on foot. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, hair dryer . From July 7 until the end of September 2025 there will be work to replace the elevator. ( the apartment is on the second floor) . I apologize for any inconvenience.

The good life

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems another, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the open house, immerse ourselves in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk the beach, cook without a rush... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.

Well-located apartment with beautiful views.

Nice apartment in quiet residential and easily accessible in Los Cristianos. It has a bedroom with two twin beds and the option to turn into a double bed, living/dining area ( with sofa bed ) , kitchen, full bathroom with bathtub, terrace equipped with table and chairs with fantastic mountain views and golf course. Playa de Las Vistas and Playa de Los Cristianos is a 10 min. walk. All the main amenities within a 5 minute walk radius.

A private terrace offers a view of the communal swimming pool surrounded by palm trees. A small table and two chairs are set up on a green surface, providing a cozy spot to enjoy the outdoors under clear blue skies.

Nice flat close the sea with pool, WiFi

Ask me for special price! Cozy flat with pool view. Located just 3 minutes from the sea. Close to Las Vistas and Los Tarajales beaches. It has a big swimming pool with free sun lounge. Supermarket open daily and pharmacy 50 mtrs. Only 10 minutes from bus stop and 15 km from Tenerife Sur airport. The flat has a living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, bedroom, terrace and Wi-Fi. Nice for two people traveling alone.
