English & Spanish bars and restaurants, Iceland & Hiperdino Supermarkets within 50 metres from the front door. Perfect place to kick back and relax, terrace to eat and drink overlooking the sea. English & Spanish television, and high speed wifi. Spacious bathroom with walk in shower. Queen bed, and plenty of storage in the bedroom. Swimming Pool area completed in 2014.

The bus station and airport buses are next the building and "Jesus excursions" pickup point from the Arona Sur hotel 5 min walking distance (example Teide and Loro Park excursions). - SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE THE HOUSE. - NO PARTIES AND NOISE. - I DO NOT HAVE UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS.

Very well located apartment, new, newly renovated, only 10 min walk to the beach. Terrace with very good views. A double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Wiffi, Light and Water included. There is no elevator, stairs to the third floor. The apartment is with all necessary to be inhabited. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything.
