Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Playa de Punta Umbría

A very nice experience, a quiet area and a host worth meeting. We used the house mainly to sleep, our intention was to tour the area. Good people and good place. 100% recommended.

Lovely and peaceful stay and a perfect location to explore the amazing area in and around Tavira, a truly underrated part of the Algarve. The house is perfect for a small family. Very chilled, off the beaten path. Great stay and super easy!

We loved our short stay at Casa Boa Vista. The weather was great for February, so we even got to use the pool. The beautiful views definitely do justice to the name of the house! We had a great stay at Guenther's condo! Everything was as described on the site. We particularly appreciated Rute's greeting, orientation, and responsiveness. The bottle of Portuguese wine was a nice touch. The backyard is beautiful and great restaurants are a short walk away. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

House with a lot of charm, it is difficult to translate in words the magic that it feels to be inside and outside, the wonderful pool. A lot of taste and affection in every corner.

Inês was quite communicative and available before, during, and after our stay. The house was in line with expectations and is close to the beach and the central area of Altura. It has a good space and plenty of entertainment options. In general, we liked it very much and recommend it!

The apartment is in a quiet street just a few metres back from the boulevard, and just a couple of minutes walk from some of the many great restaurants in Cabanas. It’s a fantastic property and a great location as a base for enjoying the eastern Algarve.

In our travels through Portugal, this was absolutely the best place we stayed. Marcio’s place is very spacious, very clean, and has the feeling of being in a real home. There is a large outdoor patio where we enjoyed hanging out. And even though we were in a central location, the apartment was peaceful and quiet. Marcio was very easy to communicate with, and even when we locked ourselves out of the apartment, he was extremely kind and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough. It was fabulous!!

I would unreservedly recommend this property. A lovely home in an idyllic location, just a stone's throw from the beach. My only regret is not staying longer!

Very well located apartment, next to the wide street, but without being in it. Quiet site. Terrace and large flat.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Tamsin's house, perfect position 5 mins walk from everything in a peaceful location. The house is even bigger than it looks on the photos, all the rooms are very spacious, comfy beds, good showers and the pool and garden are beautiful. We loved our stay and would definitely return. Tamsin was very flexible with check in times and departure which was a great help. Thanks

Even out of season the place was well looked after and connected to most locations even without using a car. Host shared plenty of info on how to get there and access the building, plus various info on local shops restaurants and things to do.

I had a perfect stay at Jan’s beautiful house in the hills. It’s located very nicely, a bit hidden in the middle of some beautiful nature and little villages. Big recommendation!

We had a very nice stay in Altura. The house was spacious and appropriately furnished. For the children, the pool was the highlight. Karine always responded to us very quickly and kindly. After a storm shreds a parasol, there was a replacement right away.

We really enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable house in peaceful surroundings. As well as beach walks, relaxing in the garden, enjoying barbecues, and swimming even though it was early in the season, we took Ubers to visit Tavira and Castro Marim. Hired bikes from Abilio Bikes and had a wonderful ride on quiet lanes around Tavira going past the salt pans and passing through beautiful scenery. We found Manuel's house a lovely place for a relaxing holiday and having quality family time.

We had a lovely stay! It was so nice to get some sunshine in the middle of winter. Lina and Helge were very helpful and responsive. We had an issue with the gas tank running out and they fixed it straight away.

Joanna is amazing. Despite the fact that she had literally given birth two days before we arrived, she was still checking in with us to see if we were warm enough, needed new towels, received her recommendations list (excellent, by the way!) and was always responsive, kind, caring and friendly. We loved the house and the beautiful smell from the orange blossom, particularly first thing in the morning and early evening. It’s an easy recommendation to make.
