Pepa's little house

Cozy cottage located in a very quiet area and only 600 meters from the beach. It is perfect for couples. The house has a master bedroom with an integrated toilet and a couch in the living room. It has air conditioning, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. We include sheets and towels. Outside you will find a private garden with barbecue, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The access to the parking is shared, not so the parking, which is private and exclusive for my guests.

Cozy and modern house recently refurbished a few meters from an almost virgin beach, enjoy the sunset from your private roof terrace with incredible views of the beach. If you want to leave the house and cross a barefoot street with only the towel in your hand, this is your house. Spacious living room and kitchen, two full bathrooms and 3 double bedrooms spread over 2 floors. Huge private roof terrace overlooking the beach. Come and enjoy a barbecue on our fantastic roof.

It has a large living room with a fireplace divided into two rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each, all with built-in closets. 2 full bathrooms in the house and a toilet in the picnic area. It also has access to the rooftop where you can have breakfast, for example, with stunning and unique ocean views.
