Its large garden of more than 1000m2 is located in a natural environment, in absolute calm and close to the sea (2km), including the beautiful Rosaries beach and the seaside resort of Binic. This family longhouse is the ideal place for holidays or weekends with friends for a quiet stay guaranteed.

On the landing is a library and desk, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, the bedroom with double bed. The garden is not fenced.
