House, with south-facing terrace, possibility to park a small car and bikes in the basement. There is also a 2nd bathroom with a shower in the basement and 1 toilet outside but to be used more in the summer and return from the beach because access is through the garage. The beach is 400 m away (6-minute walk), as well as a sailing school. Val André beach is a seaside resort with a thalasso (the center is a 15-minute walk from the house). Lamballe SNCF train station is the closest.

House 5 minutes' walk to the large Val André beach. Recently renovated, it is located on a quiet street in the seaside resort of Val André. Ideal for a family vacation by the sea. It is close to the center of the seaside resort with access via the large pedestrian seawall to the casino, cinema, restaurants, supermarket and marine spa. It is also close to the typical and historic port of Dahouët.
