We had a lovely stay at William's. The house is very inviting and clean. We were able to enjoy the garden which is very well maintained and soothing. Our dog was able to walk there safely because everything is well closed. Beautiful hikes nearby because next to the GR.

We had a very nice stay at Julie's apartment. It is right on downtown and all the attractions in Dinan are within walking distance. Also, this is a good home base around the area (st. Malo, Dinard, etc.) You can easily find parking directly on the street. The apartment is nicely decorated, very well equipped and literally has everything you need. We felt very comfortable. Julie is a super host. Although she is not directly on site, she is always easily accessible and quick to respond. We had a problem with the water tank in toilets on the first day. Julie immediately organized a handyman and fixed the issue. Thank you Julie, we will be happy to come back!

Apartment much bigger than the description suggests. Space, therefore, a beautiful view, a very pleasant house (building) in every way. Very good contact with the owner who facilitated our arrival as our departure. Recommended.

Just as described in the post - breathtaking views of the ocean from all the windows and the gorgeous balcony was a nice plus! We didn't really cook because there were many restaurants nearby..but the kitchen looked well equipped

In the shopping district of St Servan, with all shops within walking distance. Very convenient private and secure parking space. Rozenn is a friendly, caring, attentive and available host. Apartment as described and very clean. Very well located: Saint-Malo intramuros 10 minutes walk, Sillon beach on the other side of the road... Gérard and Liliane were always very responsive in the exchanges. Marie-Claire was also very pleasant in the management of departure and check-in. In short, we had a great stay. Too short this time. We had a great weekend at Clément and Christine's place who welcomed us remarkably well. The apartment is impeccable, impeccably clean and very well-equipped ( nothing is missing). It is also decorated with great taste and attention, which gives it a warm atmosphere, which we greatly appreciated. The comfortable exteriors of the apartment offer a remarkable view of Saint Malo on one side and Dinard on the other. The residence, very secure, is in absolute calm, in a green environment with walking access to the beach! In addition , the hospitality of our hosts was friendly and very easy to contact. We would highly recommend it and will return for our next stay in Dinard.
