In the spirit of the 1960s, "L 'appart du val" is located in an old residence in the city center above the iconic Casino de la Rotonde. We renovated it in part by choosing to respect the place, the style to keep it all its authenticity. Ideally located in the heart of the resort, it gives immediate access to the city center or the beach, it's up to you! From the terrace, with views of the Grande Plage and the Verdelet is exceptional.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the sea, 50 m2, F3 type.

Very nice apartment of type F3 of 50m2, with balcony, stunning views of the sea and sunset, not overlooked, 100 m from the large beach of Val André. Apartment renovated in 2019, located on the 3rd and last floor of a beautiful and old typical villa of the late 19th century (without elevator), with small courtyard accessible to the back, very quiet and in the heart of the seaside resort.
