We are located next to Pontrieux, a small town of character and Paimpol, a small fishing and pleasure port. Ideally located to visit more than 100 kilometers of coastline from Binic via the island of Bréhat to Perros-Guirec, all these points can be visited by driving a minimum of 30 minutes on average.

Charming house in the center, 5 minutes from the beaches

Charming house in the city center of Plérin-sur-Mer. Ideally located, you can fully enjoy the center and all its amenities on foot, from the weekly market on Sunday. Our accommodation is 5 minutes from Les Rosaires beach and close to many other seaside resorts (Binic, Saint-Quay-Portrieux, Paimpol) The street is nevertheless very quiet despite its strategic location. The little extra? A furnished terrace and a parking space.

Enjoy a stylish, centrally-located place to stay. The house is 500 m from the port and 800 m from the sea and GR 34. The train station is 650 m away. The house consists of a beautiful living room with equipped kitchen space ( LV, LL, induction cooktop, oven, fridge/cong) dining area, and living room. Upstairs a large bedroom and water slab/toilet. Facing south a garden/terrace. You can do anything on foot!

Charming Breton house completely renovated in 2021, located in the village of Pouldouran, a small port nestled at the bottom of the Bizien estuary. The house is ideally located to enjoy the calm, the suspended terrace above the river is a plus. Many hiking trails are 2 steps from the house and you can enjoy the coast near Paimpol, Brehat Island, the Talbert furrow, Tréguier and the pink granite coast.
