This was our second stay at this listing (July 2023 and August 2024) and we will be happy to go back. The location is great just steps away from the beach. Beautiful sea view. Enough to bring the vehicle in so no stress to park. Very well equipped, nothing missing! Thanks again for letting us enjoy your home!

Very good rental, very functional and very clean, as described. A pleasant garden, a sports field and children's games 2 min walk away, as well as a small grocery store, bakery and coffee shop. Very convenient location for visiting the area.

We had a lovely stay at William and Annie's. The hosts were very welcoming, the house is really as described, tastefully decorated and the fenced outside is really a plus! The accommodation is easy to access and is ideally placed to discover the Breton coast and the island of Brehat. Thanks William and Annie ☺️

Listing as described , in a quiet environment and close to a golf course. Several walks nearby and the sea accessible without taking his car. Accommodation to book without hesitation.

cute little studio on the 3rd floor without an elevator it makes you do sports😉, beautiful view from the balcony, shops and beach are within walking distance. We had a pleasant stay. It's a shame that the weather wasn't great, knowing the area well, it didn't stop us from going out we had fun walking around Dinan and St Malo, so when Brocéliande forest.

Very welcoming, clean and spacious house with a beautiful layout of the living rooms: living room, dining room, kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms, not to mention plenty of storage space in a very nice environment with plenty of useful amenities to enhance the stay Friendly and pleasant host. Monique is a very nice person who reassured me about the welcome she gave my daughter. If in the future my daughter had other internship days to do nearby, we would be happy to book again with Monique who is very concerned about the people she hosts. We had a great time at Jean-Pierre's house, the view is magnificent, the pool is great. Nothing to say except that we will surely go back with pleasure.

Very nice, well-located and functional small accommodation. The garden is very nice, perfect for two with a dog. Attention three points to take into account: fairly dangerous staircase/ladder, swimming pool closed when we come, for large vehicles difficult to park near the accommodation. We had a pleasant time in the accommodation, Jean-Pierre was pleasant and accessible thank you!

Beautiful detached house. Lots of privacy. Lovely fenced garden. From your house you can walk up the GR34 towards the beach (5min walk). Charline is a sweet host, gives you a warm welcome and tips for the surroundings. The surroundings are magnificent. We made beautiful memories as a family. We would love to come back again.
