Enjoy the vacation rental, its cozy courtyard and our heated swimming pool located in our garden, with access from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. We can also enjoy it (4 people max), but in your absence, or according to convenience. You can also be seduced by the banks of the rancid and its small villages. It can accommodate 5 people and is ideal for a family with children, who will be able to make the most of its large bedroom. The court is closed. You will also be able to make use of the garden furniture, the barbecue and the lawn area.

Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

Located within the historic town walls and very close to all local amenities including shops, cafes and restaurants, beautiful buildings and public spaces and a short walk to the historic port of Dinan. The characterful house dates from the 17th Century and is well equipped and furnished to ensure a happy and comfortable stay.
