You can easily discover the Emerald Coast which stretches from Cancale to Cap Fréhel as well as the banks of Rance and its pretty little villages such as Dinan, Léhon, St Sulliac or Plouër-sur-Rance. 50 kilometers away you will be dazzled by one of the most beautiful wonders listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site: Mont-Saint-Michel.

Located in a charming village, this 34 m2 studio, completely renovated, is located in the heart of the village, in a stone house and 900 meters from the Rance (the floor is not yet furnished). The front courtyard is facing south. You can easily access in 10 to 15 minutes the medieval city of Dinan, or Dinard and its beautiful sandy beaches, and in 15 to 20 minutes to Saint Malo or Dol de Bretagne. You can also quickly access the Gr34 and discover the banks of the Rance.

Ideal for a family with children with its enclosed courtyard and lawn area. You can also enjoy the garden furniture and barbecue.
