In a small, very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes) and Saint Malo (15 minutes), the cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. Accessible by a staircase and with no overlooking neighbours, it has a private garden, also with no overlooking neighbours, with a table and chairs, a parasol, a coffee table, deckchairs and a barbecue. The swimming pool, heated to 28 degrees, is open from 22 June to 8 September this year, 2026, and is shared with us (who use it very little), with guests always having priority.

Upstairs, a large bedroom with beams and ceiling height. Pool, generally accessible from June to end of September. We provide barbecue and tables. Close to the banks of Rance, 10 km from Dinan and 20 km from St Malo. Shops nearby. A peaceful haven on two hectares and a pond. Wellness massages available.
